Abonde Development Solutions (Pty) Ltd, abbreviated ADS, is the brainchild of two entrepreneurs both Engineers with years of experience in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering field.

The acquisition, development and management of buildings, assets and business support services for the purpose of enabling the core business and other support services to deliver responsive, efficient and quality services to the public or internal clients of the customer respectively”.

Abonde Development Solutions offers specialised infrastructure development expertise and cost effective Engineering Services, Facilities Management Services for the built- environment market.

Our mission is to establish a viable Engineering Consulting and Facilities Management company that will manage a significant and meaningful part of the country’s property portfolio.

One of our objectives is to establish Abonde Development Solutions as a long-term and leading player in the Engineering Consulting and Facilities Management industry and to meet the present and future requirements for black economic empowerment as this will be a key element of future procurement opportunities for the company.

Abonde Development Solutions vision is to incorporate and grow its existing FM capacity into a significant market entity whose expertise can be exported to other countries.
